So yo what is up guys. Hope you all are doing great. Today i am going to introduce you to the process of install mods in GTA 5. I will also explain you what are mods and give you downoad links of required files.
WHAT ARE MODS?
Mods are mostly use for enjoyment and story making in GTA 5. After installing mods you will feel like you are the owner of this game and can do anything you want. Mods are of different types like MAP MODS witch add new places in gta 5 map , PLAYER MOD witch allow you to change main character of game or add new cloths etc, And most special one Vehicle mods witch allow you to add Real life vehicles in gta 5. I will let you know about how to install other mods but today we will install basic mods used to use other mods.
HOW MODS ARE MADE?
I really dont know the process but you can learn this and earn money by saling mods like many others.
DISCLAIMER
THESE MODS WILL WORK ON EVERY VERSION OF GTA 5 . IF IT GIVES AN ERROR DELETE ALL THE FILES AND REINSTALL IT PERFECTLY IT WILL 100% WORK.
INSTALLATION
SCRIPT HOOK V
Download the file from the link below.
Extract it using WINRAR
Open the folder and select 2 files witch has .DLL in end and copy them
Go to desktop and on gta 5 launcher right click on it and select open file location
Paste the files you copied from the folder and past it on gta 5 main directory.
AND script hook v is installed in GTA 5
NOTE : MUST INSTALL THE LATEST VERSION FROM THE WEBSITE OTHER WISE IT WILL GIVE ERROR.
SCRIPT HOOK V DOT NET
Again extract this folder from WINRAR
Open the folder and select 3 files one with .ASI and two with .DLL in its end.
Paste them in GTA 5 main directory like before
AND script hook v dot net is also installed in GTA 5.
NOTE : MUST INSTALL THE LATEST VERSION FROM THE WEBSITE OTHER WISE IT WILL GIVE ERROR.
NATIVE UI
Again extract this folder from WINRAR
Open the folder and select both files from it.
Open GTA 5 main directory and create a new folder named scripts .
THE NAME OF THE FOLDER MUST BE SAME....
Open scripts folder and paste both files you copied from native UI folder (FOLDER NAME RELEASE)
OPEN IV
IT IS A SOFTWARE USE FOR MODDING....
Run the setup you downloaded.
select continue 3 times and it will start installing.
Press YES on the popup and a 24mbs file will be downloaded in your PC.
After installation there will be SHORTCUT on your desktop named OPEN IV.
Run that software.
Click windows under GRAND THEFT AUTO V .
Then locate GTA 5 main directory to OPEN IV.
Press continue for 2 times and the sotware will start
On the top left corner there is TOOLS click on it and then click on ASI MANAGER.
Now install all three files if they are not install yet.
Also select yes if it asks to make a mods folder.
Now return to main page and on top right corner select EDIT MODE and press yes.
Now you have to copy things to the mods folder.
For this continue on OPEN IV and open update folder
Than update.rpf and then select copy to mods folder from above.
Now return to the home page of OPEN IV and open mods folder than update and than right click on the page and than new and than make a new folder and name it as x64 .
Open the x64 folder and again make a new folder called dlcpacks .
AND ALL THE STEPS ARE COMPLETED
MENYOO PC MOD
It is the main mod in the game and without it you will not be able to open mods in GTA 5.
